Our tap water is drinkable and very clean! You might find some bottles of table water in the fridge as a compliment but tap water is really good.
Extend the rental period is possible subject to availability. The rate charged, unless otherwise agreed, will be the average night rate of your stay.
Rescheduling of your vacation is possible subject to availability. In case different rates apply a percentage increase or decrease will affect your Rental Hire. The percentage difference will be equal to the difference of the published prices; villaveghera.gr/book-now . In case there is a significant increase in the rate it will be in our discretion to request additional deposit (in order to reach the agreed 30%) in order to confirm the rescheduling.
You will not be asked to pay a euro more than what agreed once you booked.
In the price it we include:
-the rent of the villa
-all the taxes
-cleaning the villa every three days
-change of linen and towels every three days
-no charge for late check-out or early check-in in case it is possible
-baby cot and high chair for the baby
In case your group consists of more than 8, and you want to use the sofas as extra beds, please let us know in advance and we will prepare them for you. Additional persons are not charged extra.
It is very simple.
Once you decide Villa Veghera can be your holiday rental home you make an enquiry through the “Booking Request” contact form or by sendng your request to info[at]villaveghera.gr.
We will reply to you the soonest possible with our best rates.
Once we agree to the rate provided we will send you a Booking Confirmation form with all the details of the booking.
Then at your own convenience deposit the down payment of 30% in the bank account mentioned in the Booking Confirmation form. In the meantime we book the dates for you.

Car hire is not necessary as there is bus connection but it is highly suggested you to rent one as it will completely change your experience and you will be able to explore in maximum west Crete. We can help you rent a car of course in the best rates of the market or suggest you car rental companies to make an enquiry.
In case you travel with a baby/infant we have available in the villa a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bathtub. Moreover, we provide you with linen for the baby cot. Just let us in advance in order to set everything up for you. Of course there is no extra cost included.
Villa Veghera is very safe for your children.
– All balconies are at least 1 meter high.
– The whole outside area is well fenced and protected. All fences and walls vary from 1 meter to 1,8 meters high.
– Moreover, for kids to be able to enjoy the pool we created an area of 2,5 square meters of 60cm water depth.
It is going to be our honor if you choose Villa Veghera to celebrate an important event! It is going to be our pleasure to arrange anything that you might need such as decoration, ballons, cake etc. Just let us know in advance and we will arrange the rest.
The property is cleaned ever three days. We clean the house, clean the pool, take care of the gardenand change linnen and towels.
Yes, a hairdryer is provided.
Once you book you will get the following documents:
1) Booking Confirmation
2) Directions to Villa Veghera
3) Users’ Guide. This is a complete 27-page guide of the house functions and a complete guide of Kissamos area. It is constantly updated with more information about the area and the most updated version will be sent to you a week prior your arrival. At the moments it includes, One page guide for the house, Beaches of Kissamos, Eating out, Going out-Cafes and Bars. A copy is always printed in the house.
We cas sleep at beds up to 8 adults. There is also a baby-cot available for an extra infant. This is what we advertise and we can guarantee the standard of quality we want to offer to all our guests.
In case you are more than 8 we can arrange and prepare the two sofas we have in Villa Veghera for you. There is no extra cost on doing so. The only thing is you to be willing to sleep there.
Everything can be arranged. We accept booking for a couple of days to over a month. Please feel free to tell us what period you want to book and we will come back to you with the best offer!

Everything is provided by us! Towels and linen are provided by us and changed every three days when we clean the house and the pool area.

In case you would like, adnd is possible to have, an early check-in and late check-out it is going to be free of charge.

Renting a car is suggested. In case you want to get to places like Falasarna and Elafonisi a car will make your life much easier.
In case you prefer not to rent a car it is fine. The house is just 1,1 km from the main street of Kissamos town and 2 km from sandy beach. There are regular busses to Chania and scheduled routes to Balos, Falasarna and Elafonisi. The bus stop is just 1,2 km from Villa Veghera. Moreover, in case you need some supplies from Kissamos you can let us know and we will deliver them to you the soonest possible!

Times might be flexible upon request. In case that there is no booking the day before (check-in) or the day after (check-out) it is going to be very easy for us to arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Just let us know and we will do our best for your own convinience!
